There are few ways to solve the problem - to find exact manual or to follow general recommendations.
First way to solve it – is to visit official KitchenAid website. After the site is loaded – you will see menu on top of the web page. Move the mouse cursor to the button Support and then click on Locate and manual support option in the drop-down menu. New web page will be displayed. In the field Select a type you need to choose Consumer. In the field Model number – number of the oven. It has to be written somewhere on the console. Then you will get all the required information. If for some reason you fail to do it – then just follow general instructions.
Put the food into the pan that comes with the oven. Open the door of the oven and load the pan in, then close the door. Now pay attention for the panel with buttons and switches. Usually you need to set cooking time first. Some models will not start working until the timer is set. So if you did not succeed to switch oven on – do not panic, it might be because of this reason. When time is set (it can be done by turning of switch or by pressing the button, depends on the model), you should choose program. Some ovens include grill, some allows you to choose origin of hit (from top, from bottom, from both sides) etc. Next step – is to set temperature. Again, it can be rather switch or button. When it is done, press Start button. Pay attention that some ovens start their work automatically when the time is set. In such case you should choose right program and temperature before you set the timer.
Try not to touch oven during its work – it is extremely hot (if its console is not covered with special protection). Do not put anything on top of oven while it is working – items can easily melt because of hit. Oven will switch off automatically. When you take the pan out, remember to protect you hands – it is even hotter inside, then outside.
